If we are backordered, you'll be notified, and shipping can be delayed up to 30 days. However, domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while international shipping might take 2-3 weeks, depending on customs processing. If there are any delays or updates regarding your shipment, we'll make sure to notify you via email. At this time we don’t offer gift messaging. It is something we are working on and hope to have available in the future.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
